Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund, provided no work has begun. For custom voice-over projects, refunds are available only before recording starts, minus a 30% non-refundable processing fee to cover initial consultations and prep. Completed deliverables, including raw audio files or edits, are non-refundable. All course and certificate course fees come with no refund or discount.

Refunds process via the original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding bank processing times. Dispute claims must be raised within 14 days with supporting details. No refunds for dissatisfaction with voice talent if samples were pre-approved; revisions follow our standard 2-round policy instead.
